Benavides Estate
Benavides is a 184.8 ha estate located 10 km from Badajoz, in the fertile plain of the River Guadiana.
This estate is equipped with a sprinkler and drip irrigation system for the different crops. Water is drawn from the River Guadiana at the rate of 250 litres/second, which is enough to guarantee future development of the estate.
Of the 184.8 ha of land, 4.3 ha are given over to nurseries (to grow seedlings for the estate or for sale to third parties) and 16.0 ha are given over to a land bank, which the Group plans to use for walnut plantations in the future.
