Borges Agricultural & Industrial Nuts owns 105,1 hectares of pistachios located in Spain, mainly in Lleida (18,8), Granada (30,3) and Badajoz (56). BAIN in vertical cooperation with other agricultors, leads the Pistachio Project to contribute to the improvement and economic development of the area of influence of Segarra – Garrigues Canal, and other surrounding areas such as Bajo Cinca. BAIN´s part of this project will be to communicate the experience they have gathered on their pistachio farms in Badajoz and Granada during the last 25 years, to farmers in these areas.
